After a successful career at Southland Food Labs, Joel Hellman established Or-Tech Ingredients in 1988. His vision was to create a flavor company that would provide customized innovative solutions coupled with timely personal service. He began the quest to partner with national, regional and local food companies aiming to develop signature flavor systems that were unique and cost-effective. 

 

Joel continues to lead the company today, remaining true to this original vision. Or-Tech's innovative team, with over 100 years of combined experience in flavor and food development, works together to create the flavor profile customers will remember.
